The steep terraces comprise of chalk free brown soil, rich\nin silicates with a high proportion of rock and weathered mica schist.\nThey are unsurpassed in storing the warmth of the sun rays during the\nday and releasing it during the cool night hours.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n\n\u003cb\u003eVinification:\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nMaceration, fermentation and maturation took place in a stainless steel tank.
